A staging consultation from Kelly Allan Design is a free, in-person walkthrough of your home before it lists. We assess every room, give you a written action list, and tell you what staging, if any, will have the most impact on your sale price. Most consultations take 45–60 minutes.

What's included
We go through every room together, living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and entry. You'll see your home the way a buyer will see it for the first time.
You leave with a clear, prioritised list of what to do before listing, what to remove, rearrange, repair, and refresh. No vague advice. Specific, actionable next steps.
We'll tell you what level of staging, if any, will move the needle on your sale price, and what it will cost. No upselling. If the home is ready as-is, we'll say so.
If you have existing furniture, we tell you what stays, what goes, and how to rearrange to maximise the sense of space and flow, a common issue in occupied homes.
We explain why buyers react the way they do to certain rooms, colours, and layouts, so you understand the reasoning behind every recommendation, not just what to do.
The consultation is free regardless of whether you proceed with staging. There is no sales pitch. If you want a quote after, we provide one. If not, the advice is yours to keep.
