About Us

We stage homes
to sell.
Not to impress.

Our approach to home staging comes from the world of real estate. We understand what buyers feel walking through a property. That changes how we work.

Built from a
real estate
perspective.

Kelly Allan Design started in real estate. Not in a design studio. That matters more than most people realise.

Most staging companies are led by interior designers. They think about furniture, proportion, and colour. We think about those things too. But we also think about what a buyer sees when they walk through the front door on a Tuesday evening after touring four other properties that day.

We stage for that person. The one who has thirty seconds to decide if this place is worth a second look. The one whose offer you need.

Over eight years and more than 500 properties across Toronto and the GTA, that perspective has become the foundation of everything we do. We do not stage homes to win design awards. We stage them to win offers.

"Most buyers decide whether to book a showing based on photos. Those photos have to stop them mid-scroll. That starts with getting every detail of every room exactly right."

How a project works

From first call to
listing-day ready.

01

We see the property

We assess the space, the market, the buyer profile, and what needs to change. You get a clear staging plan and a fixed-price quote before anything moves.

02

We select the inventory

From our 10,000 sq ft Toronto warehouse, we pull furniture and accessories chosen for this property and this buyer. Nothing generic. Nothing that does not earn its place in the room.

03

We install in a day

Our installation team arrives in the morning and leaves the property fully staged and photography-ready by end of day. One day. No delays. No surprises.

04

We remove after sale

Once your property sells, we coordinate removal directly with you or your agent. Standard packages include 30 days. The furniture leaves as smoothly as it arrived.

What makes our approach different from most Toronto stagers?

Most buyers find their next home online. They scroll through listing photos before they ever book a showing. If the photos do not stop them, nothing else matters. That is why the quality of what we put in a room is not negotiable.

But the details only land when the bigger picture is right. We build a cohesive plan for the entire property before anything comes off the truck. Every room has to make sense in relation to the others. The flow from the front door through to the back of the house has to feel natural and spacious.

We do not fill rooms. Interior designers fill rooms. We edit them. The goal is to make each space feel larger, lighter, and easier to imagine living in. Buyers should feel the home, not be distracted by it.

  • A cohesive staging plan for the full property, not individual rooms treated in isolation
  • Emphasis on space and flow so buyers feel the home, not just see furniture in it
  • Attention to detail in every room so listing photos stop buyers mid-scroll
  • We edit rather than fill, keeping rooms open, light, and easy to picture living in
  • Every project handled by our own team, not subcontractors
  • Fixed-price quotes with no surprise additions after the truck is loaded
  • Same-week availability across the GTA, installed and photography-ready in one day
  • 8 years of learning what works in Toronto homes at every price point

The Studio

Ten thousand square feet.
Everything we need
to do the job right.

Our central Toronto warehouse is one of the reasons we can deliver consistently at scale. When a project calls for a particular style, proportion, or price point, we have the inventory to meet it.

Everything in the warehouse is current. We buy with the Toronto market in mind, which means what we bring to your property looks like it belongs there, not like it was pulled from a storage unit.

That depth of inventory is also what lets us handle multiple projects in a week without cutting corners on any of them.

What clients say

What do homeowners and realtors say about working with Kelly Allan Design?

"Their choices feel intentional. It doesn't feel as though random furniture was thrown together the day of. Everyone shows up on time, are kind and professional, and somehow they manage to put it all together meeting or exceeding time expectations. Truly couldn't be happier, especially considering how quickly we managed to sell in this much softer market."

Akos K.

Toronto

"They took our blank canvas and transformed it completely into a space that prospective buyers could truly fall in love with. The design, layout and items they used established a good feeling space that complemented and highlighted the features and character of our older home. The investment was a key factor in the success of our sale."

Roberta V.

Toronto

"The team did an incredible job staging our home to sell in less than one week. They carefully installed and removed the furnishings and were friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend their services to anyone wanting to sell their home. Everything about this company is top notch."
